Welcome to "Wildfire LAN" (the "Software"). The Software is developed and provided by Beijing Wildfire Infinite Network Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us" or the "Company"). Please read this Agreement carefully before using the Software. By downloading, installing or using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by all terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, please stop using and uninstall the Software immediately.
1.1 The Software is an instant messaging tool designed for use within a local area network (LAN). It requires no central server; any two users can establish a direct connection to communicate.
1.2 Key features include: automatic device discovery within the LAN, one-to-one text/image/voice/file messaging, group chat, voice/video calls, and file transfer.
1.3 The Software does not rely on any Internet server. All communication takes place directly between the devices of the communicating parties within your LAN.
2.1 We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and use the Software on devices you legally own.
2.2 Without our written permission, you may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software (except as expressly permitted by applicable law), nor modify, rent, sell or distribute the Software or any part of it.
You agree to comply with laws, regulations and public order when using the Software, and you shall not use the Software to:
3.1 Send or disseminate any content that is illegal, infringing, obscene, violent, terrorist-related, fraudulent or otherwise objectionable;
3.2 Infringe upon others' intellectual property rights, privacy, reputation or other legitimate rights;
3.3 Interfere with or disrupt other devices or the normal operation of the network within the LAN;
3.4 Engage in any other activity prohibited by laws or regulations.
You shall bear all legal liability arising from your use of the Software. As the Software operates without a central server, we are unable to review, block or delete the content you send; the sender bears sole responsibility for such content.
4.1 Your chat history, received files and other data are stored only on your own device. We do not store, and have no access to, any of your communication data.
4.2 Please back up your data yourself. We cannot recover, and shall not be liable for, data loss caused by device loss, damage, software uninstallation or similar reasons.
4.3 Communication security of the Software depends on the security of your LAN environment. Please use the Software in a trusted network environment and make proper use of the security features provided, such as device trust.
All intellectual property rights in the Software, including its interfaces, icons, code and documentation, are owned by Beijing Wildfire Infinite Network Technology Co., Ltd. and are protected by law.
6.1 The Software is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no express or implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation.
6.2 We shall not be liable for service interruption, data loss or other damages caused by network conditions, device compatibility, force majeure or your own actions.
6.3 Any communication content between you and other users, and any disputes arising therefrom, shall be resolved and borne by the users involved, and are unrelated to the Company.
7.1 We may revise this Agreement from time to time, and the updated version will be published within the Software. Your continued use of the Software after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
7.2 You may stop using the Software at any time by uninstalling it. If you breach this Agreement, we have the right to terminate your license to use the Software.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, either party may bring a lawsuit before the people's court with jurisdiction at the Company's domicile.
